Tuition Fees @ AU |
Fees for each semester must be paid in advance and within the stipulated period. First semester’s fees are charged as equivalent to the average semester fee and adjusted in subsequent semesters. Tuition Fees are to be paid only upon receipt of the bill from the Office of Finance. The bill will be sent to all registered students AFTER they have formally registered for the courses. The fees must be settled within the deadline as stipulated in the bill.
Students who fail to pay fees within the stipulated periods will have their names struck off the University roles. A student whose name has been thus struck off but who is otherwise eligible to continue his/her candidature will be reinstated only after he/she has settled all outstanding fees / fines and paid re-admission fee as applicable at the time.
Note: All Fees, except security fee, are non-refundable.
Admission of result awaiting candidates will be cancelled if they fail to meet the minimum eligibility criteria after declaration of the awaited result and tuition fees, if submitted, will be refunded. Students are not allowed to drop courses during their first two semesters. Refunds for dropped courses from third semester onwards are issued as per policy outlined in student handbook.

The University reserves the right to review tuition fee or any of the above charges at any time, if deemed necessary. |
Payment of Fees |
Fee is to be paid before the start of semester. Fee bills shall be enclosed in the admission letters sent to successful candidates. Last date for fee submission according to first merit list is 28 July, 2011. Last date for fee submission for second merit list (if any) is 13 August, 2011, whereas last date for fee submission for third merit list (if any) is 22 August, 2011. There shall be no concession in the fee or extension in the due date. Partial payments are not accepted. Candidates failing to submit fee by due date shall lose their seats, which will be offered to the next candidate on the merit list. |

| Air University is a non-profit organization and charges subsidized fees from its students. However, to encourage hardworking and brilliant students, scholarships are awarded on merit, these can be up to 60% of tuition fee. |
| The University may also utilize the services of students in its various activities. Students will be compensated financially for rendering such services. |
| No concession or scholarship is given at the time of admission. |

Need Based Scholarships |
| The needy students may apply for need based scholarship on the prescribed form available at the Department Coordinator’s Office after second semester onwards. |
| The award of Need Based Scholarship is subject to availability of funds, high performance and good conduct of the students. |
