  • Scholarships available through the University
  • Scholarships available through the Australian Government and AusAid
  • Other scholarships

Scholarships available through the University

The Melbourne Scholarships Program — one of the largest and most comprehensive in Australia — supports around 3000 students at the University, including undergraduate and graduate students, domestic, international and indigenous students, and those enrolled in access and equity programs.
  • Scholarships can take the form of partial or full coverage of tuition fees for undergraduate or international graduate students.
  • Other scholarships offered are in the form of a stipend (ie. a living allowance).
  • Selection is normally based on academic merit but personal circumstances may be taken into account for some equity-based scholarships.
  • All students must meet the stipulated criteria for the scholarship.
Scholarships are available for:
  • Undergraduate domestic students
  • Undergraduate international students
  • Graduate domestic students
  • Graduate international students
  • Research and higher degree students.
The Melbourne Scholarships Office has scholarship brochures available for download as well as information for potential scholarship sponsors.
Faculties and Graduate Schools also offer a wide range of scholarships — you should contact them directly to find out if you're eligible.

Scholarships available through the Australian Government and AusAid

The Australia Awards aim to promote knowledge, education links and enduring ties between Australia and our neighbours through scholarship programs.

The Australia Awards brings the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) scholarships together under one program.

As part of the Australian Scholarships scheme the Australian Government through AusAID offers a substantial number of Australian Development Scholarships to students from developing countries.

The university of Melbourne is known for its Essay Help in San Francisco, professors, lecturers who are so good in their job that no student gets lower than a C+ grade. My friend graduated from this university in the department of psychology and he got the best job now. I’m so proud of him.

I love the University of Melbourne and all the amazing opportunities it offers. From the beautiful campus to the top-notch academics, it's truly a world-class institution. But one thing that really stood out to me were the waterproof stickers they give out during orientation week. It's a small gesture, but it shows how much they care about the little things that make student life easier. I'm proud to be a student here and can't wait to see what else this university has in store for me.
